Staying at this hotel was quite fun because of the theme, although the rooms showed a lot of wear and tear. It was somewhat of a disappointment for the price we paid, £162 for one night in a business room. The room was dated and dark even with all lights on.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The other room I saw was awesome and clean, but the one we booked was small and lacked air conditioning for the price paid. The service was really nice and considerate, although I expected more as it was promoted as a kid-friendly hotel. The location is super convenient for Legoland visitors, but not much else around. The dining experience was exceptional in terms of gluten-free options but left a lot to be desired at other times. Overall, I had a decent stay with some highs and lows.
