Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was quite fun because of the theme, although the rooms showed a lot of wear and tear. It was somewhat of a disappointment for the price we paid, £162 for one night in a business room. The room was dated and dark even with all lights on.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The other room I saw was awesome and clean, but the one we booked was small and lacked air conditioning for the price paid. The service was really nice and considerate, although I expected more as it was promoted as a kid-friendly hotel. The location is super convenient for Legoland visitors, but not much else around. The dining experience was exceptional in terms of gluten-free options but left a lot to be desired at other times. Overall, I had a decent stay with some highs and lows.
Our stay at the hotel was delightful overall, with comfortable rooms perfect for our family, friendly and helpful service, and an excellent location close to Legoland park. The dining experience was enjoyable, offering a variety of quality foods. However, the dining prices were high, and the rooms lacked privacy from the outside.
The hotel was a cosy and well-appointed stay for a family. Despite feeling like a sauna in July, it's ready for renovation. The service was a mix of being expensive for what's available and delays in making rooms ready. The location lacks privacy from the outside, but it's at the edge of the park with a view over the central area. Dining was expensive but of good quality. Overall, the hotel has its charms and drawbacks.
The hotel is a charming choice for Lego fans with fun Lego creations in the rooms, although they are small and lack air conditioning for the price, especially considering it was out of season. The service was extremely friendly and accommodating, perfect for Legoland visitors. The location offers a superb experience for families with kids wanting to enjoy Legoland directly, although it is at the edge of the park. The dining experience, with its buffet arrangement and excellent selection, was a highlight. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, catering well to guests' needs.
